Karen helped my wife and I check out 55+ communities in Banning and Beaumont. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us homes in six communities. She was very helpful and honest about informing us of the plus's and minus's of the area and each community. As seniors, in our 80’s, we had to sell our home of 35+ years to move out of state to be near family. We were totally “in the dark” about how to start the process. Where do I start… Karen is AMAZING!!! The only sad part is that We didn’t know her at the beginning of our house hunting journey. Long story short before Karen We had a different real estate agent ( for 7 months) which We had to let go, then We met Karen and Wala 😃 in less than 8 weeks We found a house , went through escrow and got the keys!
